Hayrides, cider mills, corn mazes and pumpkin everything. Need we say more?!

Sure, summer might be over, but fall can be just as fun! So cozy up with your latte and bring on the sweater weather because we’re sharing six things to do that will have you and your crew saying, “FALL-elujah”!

SPICE UP YOUR FAVORITE FALL TREATS

Ah, the sweet flavors of fall—candy corn, candy apples, cinnamon-sugar doughnuts and crisp apple cider. YUM! If you’re a fan of these classic desserts, you’ve got to try our extra sweet take on these treats.

Apple Cider Floats

Grab a gallon of cider to go and make an apple cider float. Pour it over a scoop (or two) of our Creamery Blend Vanilla ice cream and enjoy.

Doughnut Ice Cream Sandwiches

Don’t eat all the doughnuts before you make it home! Save some to make ice cream sandwiches and experience this fall treat in an entirely new way.

Cut them in half and put a large scoop of ice cream (any flavor will do, although French Vanilla is our fav), in the middle. Dip the edges in sprinkles, nuts, granola or your favorite cereal and drizzle with caramel, chocolate or marshmallow sauce.

They might look too good to eat, but don’t let that stop you from digging in.

Candy Apple Ice Cream Sundae

Who doesn’t love candy apples? There are SO MANY fun combinations to choose from! So get creative and have fun making your candy apple ice cream sundae.

Simply cut up an apple, pick out your toppings and mix it all together with your favorite ice cream. Voila! Two of your favorite treats in one delicious dessert. Or, core your apple and carve it out to use it as the bowl for your sundae.

“BOO” SOMEONE WITH A SWEET SURPRISE

Boo your friends with a Halloween surprise that’s all treats and no tricks.

How do you “boo” someone you ask? Stuff a special package with sweet treats and leave it anonymously on someone’s doorstep, along with a cute ghost cutout for their door. Now, it’s their turn to return the favor and surprise someone else with some sweet treats.

Make your package even sweeter by giving them everything they need to make their own apple cider floats, doughnut ice cream sandwiches and candy apple sundaes. Who knows, maybe they’ll invite you over to enjoy it with them.

HOST A FALL MOVIE NIGHT

As the days get shorter and the weather gets cooler, movie nights are the perfect way to get everyone together for an evening of fun. From Harry Potter to Hocus Pocus, there’s no shortage of fall flicks to choose from. Once you pick the perfect movie to show, cozy up with your blankets and maybe even make your own drive-in movie boxcars. The fun doesn’t have to stop there! Check out this blog for more ideas on how to make your next family movie night even sweeter.

MAKE A FOOTBALL SUNDAY SUNDAE

It wouldn’t be fall without football. And game day wouldn’t be complete without a spread of snacks to keep you full until the clock runs down. Chips and dip? Yes, please! Especially these ice cream nachos. This sweet treat will quickly become a game day favorite in your house, so make sure to steal a few bites for yourself before offering some up to everyone else.

Just because the days are getting colder doesn’t mean each moment can’t be just as sweet as summer. Which of these fall bucket list ideas are you most excited to try?
