We’re all about appreciating the moments that matter. There’s no better example of a moment like that than one of our favorite holidays, Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day on February 6. What may have sounded like a fantasy as a kid, is actually a real-life holiday. We promise we didn’t make this holiday…but we sure love to celebrate it!

Instead, we created a special seasonal ice cream flavor just for the occasion—Cinnamon French Toast! Coming up with new flavors is one of our favorite activities, so we also created Malted Milk Ball with February as National Chocolate Lovers Month in mind.

So, when Saturday morning rolls around, don’t hit snooze! We’re sharing six recipes inspired by Eat Ice Cream for Breakfast Day. These sweet transformations are so creative and delicious, we think they’ll have you out of bed early.

ACTUAL FRENCH TOAST, BUT MAKE IT BAKED

We’re kicking off this recipe roundup with the breakfast favorite that earned its own ice cream flavor—French toast! Kit from The Kittchen shares two variations of French toast—classic, and overnight baked French toast.
