Brownie Batter Ice Cream Cake Recipe

  • Serves: 6-8 people

Layers of brownie and ice cream? Yes, please! This recipe incorporates our Brownie Batter Cookie Dough ice cream, a previous Limited Edition flavor that is now available year-round!

  • 1 Package Brownie mix , 9” x 13”
  • 1 Container Whipped topping
  • 1 Bag Mini chocolate chips
  • 1 48 oz. Container of Hudsonville Brownie Batter Cookie Dough Ice Cream, Softened
  • 1 Jar Hot fudge topping

Instructions

Instructions

  • 1)

    Mix and bake brownie mix according to package directions in a greased springform pan.

  • 2)

    Cool thoroughly and spoon a layer of softened ice cream, followed by a layer of whipped topping and mini chocolate chips.

  • 3)

    Return to freezer for 1 hour.

  • 4)

    Remove from freezer and repeat with a second layer of ice cream.

  • 5)

    Freeze for 4-6 hours or until solid and ready to serve.

  • 6)

    When ready to serve, remove sides of springform pan and place on serving platter.

  • 7)

    Heat hot fudge topping according to package directions and pour over cake.

  • 8)

    Cut into slices and top with additional whipped topping or nuts as desired!
