Crispy Cocoa Ice Cream Cake

  • Serves: 4-6 people

Take a bite back in time with this delicious twist on dessert inspired by our NEW Limited Edition flavor, Crispy Cocoa Cereal.

Ingredients

Cocoa Crispy Ice Cream Cake

  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 10 ounces mini marshmallows
  • 6 Cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 48 oz container Hudsonville Crispy Cocoa Cereal ice cream
  • 1 can Whipped Cream
  • 1 Cup cocoa rice cereal, for garnish

Method

Crust

  • 1)

    In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

  • 2)

    Add the marshmallows and vanilla and stir until melted. Add the crispy rice cereal and stir to coat.

  • 3)

    While the crispy rice cereal mix is still warm, transfer them to a greased 10-inch springform pan.

  • 4)

    Using a greased measuring cup, press down into the cereal to form to the pan. Press the edges against the springform pan to create walls.

  • 5)

    Spread softened ice cream in the center of crispy treat crust.

  • 6)

    Top with whipped cream.

  • 7)

    Sprinkle with cocoa rice cereal.

  • 8)

    Freeze 1 hour before serving.
